Salfit: Palestinian Medical Relief Society opened the first summer camp of this year in the village Azawiya with cooperation of the National Committee of Summer Camps.
The summer camp is targeting children ages 6-12 years old in Azzawiya School. Khalid Arrar, the Palestinian Medical Relief coordinator in Salfit said that the camp will continue for two weeks and will include several recreational activities, drama, sports activities. It will also offer sessions on many issues related to health, education, national awareness. The PMRS staff manages the summer camp in addition to numerous volunteers who have been trained on many issues in order to facilitate the camp implementation.
